The Kymatika K-Test

An exciting new addition to the Davison Chemist Services is the K-Test, a food intolerance and sensitivity test.

The K-test is a completely non-invasive test which takes about 5 minutes. It costs 25.00 for the initial test, with retests costing 17.50.

How does the test work?

The K-test uses Infra-red spectroscopy, a technique used in forensic science, to measure your body's chemical reaction to a food type. The researchers at Kymatika have discovered the chemical 'fingerprints' of 40 different food types, which are then ran through the device. Everybody has their own chemical potential. The change in this energy in response to the chemical 'fingerprints' is measured by the device.

Is the test safe?

the test is completely non-invasive and safe. Even children can be tested, provided their fingers can cover the pads and they are able to sit for about 5 minutes. If you have a pacemaker, we would advise you not to undergo the test.

what foods are tested?

The 40 different foods tested are:
apple                       cocoa            King prawn                onion                steak
avocado                  coffee            lager                          orange              sugar
